FOUNDERS

Irene Kadzere-Forichi (PhD)
Dr. Kadzere-Forichi is the Founder of Wandutso Trust and is also the Chair of Board of Trustees. She holds a BSc degree in Agriculture, an MSc. In Land and Water Management, a PhD in Pomology and Post-harvest Management, and a Masters in Advanced Studies (MAS) in Nutrition and Health.
Lovemore Forichi

Mr. Forichi is a Co-founder of Wandutso Trust. He holds a BSc in Agriculture, MSc in Irrigation Engineering, and an MBA in Management. He provides agricultural risk management advice in Wandutso Trust.
Maphrida T. Forichi-Wehrli

Mrs. Forichi-Wehrli is a Co-founder of Wandutso Trust. She holds a BA in Communication and an MSc in International Business. She provides Wandutso Trust with insights on communication, entrepreneurship, and business sustainability management.

Liliosa Mukonyora-Kadzere
Mrs. Mukonyora-Kadzere is one of the four Founding Trustees to Wandutso Trust. She holds a BSc in Geology and Geography and a Graduate Certificate in Education. She provides guidance and insights on agri-business and education-related issues to the Trust.
Godfrey Tafadzwa Kadzere
Mr. Godfrey T. Kadzere was nominated by Wandutso Trust to take up the legacy of his late father, Mr. Godfrey Kadzere Senior, who was a Founding Trustee to Wandutso Trust. He holds a BA in Strategic Brand Communication, a Certificate in Voice Over Art, and a Higher Certificate in Professional Photography. For Wandutso Trust, he addresses issues around Media, Entertainment and Youth Engagement strategies.
Cecilia T. Kavuru-Chikati
Mrs. Kavuru-Chikati is also a Founding Trustee to Wandutso Trust. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Arts. She provides guidance and insights to the Trustees on education and early childhood development matters.
Poncio V. Chikati
Mr. Chikati is another Founding Trustee of Wandutso Trust. He holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of Corporate Governance Institute. He provides Finance Management and Audit oversight for the Trust.
The Board of Trustees is chaired by Dr. Irene Kadzere-Forichi.

Alexio T. Kadzere
Mr. Alexio Tendayi Kadzere is the Wandutso Trust Director of Programmes and Operations. He is experienced in marketing, project management, and community engagement for development initiatives. He holds professional qualifications in Marketing Management, Purchasing and Office Administration.
Other team members and stakeholders
As soon as the participatory community needs assessments that are going on in Ward 13 have been completed and key priorities for community development have been identified, Wandutso Trust will engage in fundraising initiatives and aims to recruit more staff (e.g. on agroecology) as demanded and guided by the strategic direction in line with the needs assessment outcomes.

In Ward 13, we are actively working with Agriculture Extension Staff, the Councillor, and other Ward Development Committee representatives as well as other entities such as Triashill Mission leadership. Together with local authorities and Agriculture Extension agents, we are in the process of engaging the 20 villages to identify representatives who will be trained as Village Agroecology Champions.
